Lcv8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules binding all users who access or use lcv8's services. Please read it carefully before registering or using any part of our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the lcv8 platform via lcv8.net or any associated application, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to continue using lcv8's services.
These Terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and lcv8 as the platform operator. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use lcv8's services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided is true and accurate.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on lcv8. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. lcv8 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. All activity that takes place under your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
To keep your account secure, lcv8 recommends that users:
- Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- Contact customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Ensure the registered email address is active and accessible for verification purposes.
Lcv8 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to ensure account security and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Lcv8 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without lcv8's written authorisation.
- Engaging in fraud, market manipulation, or any dishonest activity in betting or gameplay.
- Registering using a false identity, another person's personal information, or falsified documents.
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
Lcv8 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any breach of these rules, including temporary suspension, permanent account closure, or legal action where necessary.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All financial transactions on the lcv8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). lcv8 accepts a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, digital wallets such as Boost and GrabPay, as well as debit and credit cards issued by financial institutions registered in Malaysia.
The minimum deposit is RM20 for most payment methods. Withdrawal of winnings is subject to a verification process that may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or digital wallet used belongs to them. lcv8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to submit payment details that do not match the name of the lcv8 account holder will be rejected and investigated.
Bonuses and promotions offered by lcv8 are subject to wagering requirements and usage terms stated separately for each offer. Users are advised to read the bonus terms carefully before claiming any promotion.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Amendments
Limitation of Liability
Lcv8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. lcv8's services are provided on an "as-is" basis, without any warranty or guarantee regarding continuous availability or the accuracy of information displayed.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Lcv8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from the relevant authorities, or at lcv8's sole discretion. Any valid account balance at the time of closure will be processed for return upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials found on the lcv8 platform are the property of lcv8 or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, republish, or use any platform content without prior written consent from lcv8.
Amendments and Governing Law
Lcv8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on lcv8.net. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment comes into effect will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
